Our Process
We offer upfront pricing, meaning you know exactly how much you pay before we start the job. Unlike some competitors, we have a $49 travel charge that will roll into any completed job. This means if you decide to go forward with the electrical work, you don't pay a separate travel charge. Upon arrival we will work together figuring out what solution/repairs are available. We will give you a quote for the scope of work and once you choose which option best fits your needs we will get started.
*Although we come prepared to do most jobs in the same visit, there are times that another visit may be needed - This can be based on availability of electrical parts and/or length of time needed to complete a job. If a job can not be completed the same day, this will be communicated with the customer prior to starting the job.
*Full payment is collected upon completion of the job. On larger / multiple day projects 50% down is required prior to starting the job with the remaining balance due upon completion of the job.
